
A large human services organization is seeking an Associate HR Director to oversee HR operations across Downstate locations. This role serves as a senior HR partner supporting leadership, compliance, and employee relations initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training Managing employee relations, investigations, and performance issues Partnering with leadership on hiring and compensation decisions Overseeing HR compliance, policies, and procedures Supporting engagement initiatives and strategic HR projects Ideal Qualifications:
Senior-level HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance Experience handling complex employee relations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to partner effectively with leadership teams
Salary:
$90k - $150k/Year
