
A large company is seeking an experienced Director of HR to oversee a small HR team and lead all organizational HR functions. This role requires strong experience with unions, labor laws, and pensions. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Overseeing and leading the HR team Managing employee relations and compliance with labor laws Handling union-related matters Overseeing pensions, benefits, and HR operations Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Supporting leadership with strategic HR needs Ideal Qualifications:

Salary:
$100k - $110k/Year
