Job Responsibilities

Analyze accounts to determine if service disconnection is warranted based on Texas PUC rules Execute transactions to facilitate automated disconnect processes and monitor reconnection efforts Communicate with distribution companies to resolve failed or rejected orders Research and analyze delinquent accounts to improve collection effectiveness Apply the company\'s collection policies and procedures to designated customer accounts What is Required

Minimum of 2 years of business experience, with 6 months of collections experience combined with SAP/CCS experience acceptable as a substitute High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related area preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities Proficient personal computer skills, including spreadsheets and databases How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of the utility and/or deregulated energy industry Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Familiarity with fundamental math operations for daily calculations Ability to work independently with initiative and self-motivation Tags
