Salary: $91,276.50 - $123,491.55 per year

Responsibilities Direct operations of the maintenance and facilities department to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the organization.
Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements and objectives of the organization.
Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. May perform duties at participant's home or place of residence.
Prepare budgets and ensure compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
Maintain knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensures departmental compliance.
Provide support to and solicit input from other directors, leaders, administrators, and physicians.
Encourage and establish a forum for quality improvement discussions, design, and implementation of ideas at all levels.
Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred.
Driver's License preferred.
Engineer preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences Preferences: Experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.
