— Trusted Mortgage Capital is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with strong correspondent / wholesale mortgage experience. We’re specifically looking for processors who have worked with Correspondent Brokers and lender partners such as UWM, EPM, Village, and UHM. If you can run clean files from intake to Clear to Close (CTC) with speed, accuracy, and proactive communication, we want to talk. This is not an entry-level role. Key Responsibilities
Process mortgage loans in a correspondent / wholesale lending environment from submission through CTC Manage pipeline, conditions, and documentation to meet lender turn times Review and validate borrower income, assets, credit, employment, VOE, VOD and required disclosures Communicate with loan officers (LO), underwriters (UW), borrowers, escrow/title, and lender portals Anticipate and clear underwriting conditions (income, asset sourcing, letters of explanation, CPA letters, etc.) Ensure compliance with investor/lender guidelines and maintain a clean audit trail Keep all parties updated with accurate status and next steps Required Qualifications
2+ years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor (correspondent / wholesale strongly preferred) Must have experience working with a Correspondent Broker Experience processing loans with lenders such as UWM, EPM, Village, UHM (one or more) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced pipeline Strong written + verbal communication and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lender portals and common LOS/processing tools Purchase + refinance experience across conventional loan products
