THE ROLE
This senior leadership role will drive the transformation of finance systems and business processes across the enterprise.
As the Director of Finance Systems & Transformation, you will lead ERP modernization efforts, redesign core finance processes, and ensure systems enable future growth. You will partner closely with senior finance and technology leaders, oversee a large cross-functional team, and play a key role in shaping the future state of the finance organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead enterprise-wide finance systems and ERP transformation initiatives Drive redesign of finance processes across accounting, tax, and related functions Partner with finance and technology leaders to align systems with business strategy Leverage automation and advanced technologies to improve efficiency and scalability Lead and develop a large, cross-functional team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience in finance systems, ERP, or finance transformation leadership Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise system programs Strong finance domain expertise across accounting, tax, and financial controls Experience with major ERP platforms (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills BENEFITS
