Overview
Join a high-performing Industrial Commercial Real Estate team specializing in Southern California’s logistics, yard, warehouse, and industrial property markets. This in-office role is a hands-on business partnership that provides critical marketing, listing, and transaction support within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented—someone who takes ownership from “Just Listed” through closing, ensures listings and marketing are accurate and professional, tracks tours and inquiries, and helps move transactions efficiently across the finish line. Core Responsibilities
Listing Maintenance & Accuracy
Maintain and update all active listings public platforms. Verify property details, photos, and signage accuracy. Create and update flyers, tour books, proposals, and qualification packages. Coordinate social media and email marketing. Track inquiries, tours, and broker feedback using CRM or tracking tools. Schedule property tours and provide follow-up communication to ownership groups.
Owner / Client Updates
Prepare and send weekly activity reports summarizing tours, inquiries, and recommendations. Maintain direct, professional communication with clients and ownership teams.
Transaction Management & Closing Support
Draft and manage LOIs, RFIs, RFPs, estoppels, termination agreements, and escrow deliverables. Track due diligence items, timelines and ensure file completeness through closing.
Database & Systems
Maintain client and property databases in internal and shared systems. Update dashboards and support data accuracy in CRM platforms.
Market & Competition Review
Research market comps and pricing using AIR, CoStar, and Internal data. Contribute to BOVs and pricing analyses for listings and acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree a plus Experience: Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate (industrial preferred) Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation); PowerPoint; CoStar, LoopNet, AIR, CREXi, RealNex, LandVision, OneNote Soft Skills: Proactive self-starter, resourceful problem-solver, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize under pressure Other: Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of industrial real estate asset types. Self-starter who takes ownership of listing accuracy and client communication. Resourceful and persistent—digs in to find answers and resolve issues independently. Flexible and curious—enjoys learning new systems and parts of the business.
