AWS Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Enterprise team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS also partners with a list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Responsibilities
Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers. Represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment.
Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
A day in the life: Be a critical part of a team focused on increasing adoption of AWS by developing a set of named customers. As an Enterprise Greenfield Account Manager, you will directly impact the growth and shape of emerging technologies, with emphasis on growing Accounts with minimal AWS adoption and large spend potential.
About the team Enterprise Greenfield is a team of Field Sellers, made up of 150+ Account Managers and 350+ cross functional team members in the United States, who work toward solving challenges and innovating new ways to enable our customers to achieve their desired outcomes. Qualifications Basic Qualifications
7+ years of technology sales experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS technologies
Experience with Auto and Manufacturing customers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, RSUs, and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. Location options include: USA, CA, Irvine; USA, CA, Santa Monica. Salary ranges: 142,800.00 – 193,200.00 USD annually for each.
