Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports using Power BI and create special presentations of a complex or confidential nature
Manage follow-ups on specified quotes and assist Regional Sales Managers with communications on jobs
Mine data to identify key personnel at architects, general contractors, and end-users
Organize and manage CRM systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Participate in and contribute to special projects as directed by the department head
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Sales, Manufacturing, or Construction Industries
Proficiency in computer skills, including the MS Office suite and CRM databases
Strong communication and customer service background
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales support or related roles in the security or construction sectors
Familiarity with Power BI and data analytics tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with Dynamics CRM or similar software
