Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting basic technical problems via email, phone, and other communication methods Build and maintain customer relationships while generating and updating service request tickets Develop a basic understanding of mechanical and electronic security products Participate in internal team discussions and forums Address customer interactions and drive them to successful resolution or escalate as necessary Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred Minimum 12 months of call center experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Ability to type 35 wpm, corrected speed Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
