Role Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales – Associate Territory Manager – Cardiometabolic Health. Responsible for account-based selling to health care providers across multiple specialties and hospital accounts, serving as a credible expert on medicines and patient care. Executes Lilly Selling, Competency, and Account Management models to drive utilization and adoption of medicines for the right patients, building relationships with key customers to achieve business outcomes. Responsibilities
Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties. Understands the territory market and tailors the strategy to grow and own business outcomes. Navigates the healthcare and payer landscape to build understanding of accounts and engage key stakeholders as trusted partners. Uses business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles. Implements and adopts new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to streamline customer interactions. Identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience and demonstrates a growth mindset. Promotes across BU-portfolio and across HCP specialties, maintaining consistent ways of working within the Regional Health Care Market; utilizes the Virtual Medical Hub as appropriate. Achieves targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures. Owns customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access; maintains accountability for results across all accounts. Builds and sustains relationships with internal and external partners to foster trust and collaborative success. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided). Skills
Demonstrated business ownership, selling, and customer experience skills; execution and results orientation. Account-based selling experience with ability to identify and engage staff within accounts. Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs. Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
