Role Summary

The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio. This includes customers in multiple HCP specialties, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. They will be viewed as a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients. The Territory Manager will drive results by embracing Lilly’s models and will build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of our medicines for the right patients. Responsibilities

Promotes the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties. Understands the marketplace within the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes. Navigates the healthcare environment and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and influence key stakeholders to become trusted partners. Utilizes business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles. Implements and adopts new technologies, including AI-enabled tools and analytical capabilities to streamline customer interactions. Identifies and advocates for new opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Models a growth mindset to create positive experiences. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship for work authorization or visas. Skills

Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results. Account-based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts. Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team-focused, and emotionally intelligent. Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs. Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary. Additional Requirements
