Outside Sales Representative
at our Commercial Van Interiors (CVI) location in West Nyack, NY. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities
Create and achieve an annual budget for the identified market (DEVELOP / MAINTAIN / GROW). This is the sales goal/commitment to your respective company owned retail location Achieve revenue goals for a specified percentage of market opportunity Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide full solutions — identify customers through market intelligence, existing customers, and leveraging strategic partnerships Collaborate with the inside sales team to deliver a one-team approach for the customer experience before, during and after the sale Identify and articulate customers' business problems and goals to the inside sales team to collectively develop and provide full solutions to the customer Work with General Manager to ensure customer solution proposed is suitable for BOTH the customer and ASFL — responsible for building a mutually beneficial partnership Connect with strategic partners to perform joint consultations and create solutions with customers in the market, as opportunities become available Key Behaviors / Skills
Ability to HUNT and FARM simultaneously Strong hunter (GROW) Effective farmer (MAINTAIN + DEVELOP) Ability to assess a business/industry Attitude and teamwork Results-oriented. Regular travel in an automobile for prolonged periods, approximately 1-2 hours Standing, sitting, walking, carrying of items, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, bending, and moving vehicles Occasionally lifting objects approximately 25-50 pounds Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience Additional sales experience preferred Strong Office Knowledge and Calendar Skills Additional Requirements
