As a Senior Account Executive focused on the US Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, you'll be at the forefront of advancing entity resolution technology that helps protect national security and public safety. You'll inherit an established portfolio of federal accounts while driving new business development across the IC/DoD landscape. We're seeking an Account Executive to be based in the Washington, DC metro area to cover our busiest and most strategic government agencies. What You'll Do
As the trusted advisor to your accounts, you'll own the entire sales cycle and drive meaningful outcomes: Portfolio Management & Growth:
Steward and expand an existing portfolio of federal accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities within your assigned territory, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals through strategic prospecting, qualification, and relationship management Account Penetration:
Deepen relationships within existing accounts, identifying additional use cases, expanding to new programs and divisions, and driving increased consumption of Senzing's ER SDK Solution Selling:
Understand customers' existing challenges and use cases for entity resolution, then demonstrate how Senzing's ER SDK addresses their specific needs Account Management:
Execute ongoing relationship management with current customers to drive consumption, facilitate expansion opportunities, and secure renewals New Business Development:
Leverage Senzing's existing federal customer success stories and references to accelerate new account acquisition within the IC/DoD community Business Case Development:
Partner with C-level executives to co-develop compelling business cases that gain internal support and funding Technical Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, solution architects, marketing, and sales operations to deliver seamless customer experiences Sales Excellence:
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos, showcasing Senzing's advantages, features, and functions What You Bring
Required
7+ years of field sales experience in the public sector, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota Demonstrated success selling software platform subscriptions into new accounts while managing and expanding existing customer relationships Strong history of overachievement when selling sophisticated software and services to government agencies Deep knowledge of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community markets, ecosystems, and procurement processes Expertise within Public Sector System Integrators and their partnership frameworks Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Willingness to travel to client sites globally as needed Preferred
Experience with entity resolution, data quality, or AI/ML solutions Existing relationships within DoD and IC agencies Knowledge of government contracting vehicles (GSA schedules, GWACs, BPAs, agency-specific vehicles) and compliance requirements Experience with both on-premises and cloud deployment models in classified and unclassified environments Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance Compensation
The annual cash compensation range for this position is
$160-180K , with on-target earnings (OTE) of
$320-360K , determined based on experience and skills. Final compensation may vary from the range listed above.
