About the Role This is a face-to-face, outside sales role—no desk job. You’ll meet business owners and managers, introduce our staffing services, and build lasting relationships. After you secure a new client, you’ll manage the account and ensure their satisfaction with our service.

Responsibilities

Outreach in the community to meet businesses and present staffing solutions.

Build rapport with new contacts daily and turn conversations into clients.

Manage the accounts you bring in to ensure excellent service and retention.

Work independently, stay organized, and keep your pipeline full.

Represent our brand with positivity and enthusiasm at all times.

Qualifications

Bubbly, outgoing personality—people love talking to you.

High energy, confidence, and persistence.

No sales experience required—just willingness to learn and work hard.

Resilience to handle rejection and keep moving forward.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be out and about daily).
