RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Interaction: Conduct initial consultations with potential patients, assessing their needs and expectations for cosmetic procedures
Sales & Closing: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and procedures, guiding patients towards the best solutions for their goals, and closing sales
Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive relationships with patients, building trust and rapport to foster long-term patient loyalty
Patient Coordination: Manage patient schedules, coordinate pre and post-operative care, and serve as a primary point of contact for patients
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the practice
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our range of cosmetic procedures and treatments
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with surgeons, staff and other consultants to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferable in a medical or aesthetic setting
Personality: Outgoing, positive and empathetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, identify needs and close sales
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college or relevant certifications preferred
