What to Expect
Become a subject matter expert in the employer’s technology and service offerings, representing the company to key stakeholders
Articulate the value of the employer’s tests and digital health tools to leadership within health systems
Partner with Medical Affairs to recruit health systems to utilize the employer’s test
Negotiate and close contracts with health systems and institutions
Capture customer interaction data using CRM tools and provide feedback to product and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field
10+ years of medical sales experience with 3+ years selling complex diagnostics solutions to health systems
Proven experience closing and implementing contracts with health systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to sell technically complex products and a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with liquid biopsy early cancer detection
Demonstrated experience promoting digital health solutions to health systems
Experience selling disruptive technologies and improving the standard of care
