Job Summary
We are seeking Sales Support Specialist to help manage and coordinate day-to-day sales activities, administrative tasks, and internal processes. This role works closely with the sales team to ensure orders, documentation, reporting, and customer communications are handled accurately and on time. The position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building experience in sales operations and business processes. Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to routine sales-related emails and inquiries Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-up Prepare, send, and organize sales paperwork, tax forms, pricing, and brochures Track open tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met Assist with compiling basic sales reports and summaries Support coordination between sales, customers, and internal teams Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
Research and help build prospect or customer lists Assist with preparation for busy sales periods Support trade shows, meetings, and events Help track expenses, follow-ups, and post-event activity Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Clear and professional written and verbal communication Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, and shared systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions
80% of time at desk May require minimum travel Minimum Qualifications
Four-year degree from an accredited university Experience in Microsoft and Google Suites Performance Metrics
Will be determined by CEO and Sales team
