Role Summary

The Senior Health & Science Specialist, Rare Cardiac Account Specialist – Phoenix, AZ is responsible for executing the sales strategy for Vyndamax (per approved indications) and raising ATTR-CM disease awareness among healthcare providers across IDN/Health Systems and group practice accounts. The role targets multiple disciplines and reports to the Area Business Manager. The position requires strong business acumen, deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, and collaboration with other customer-facing colleagues to achieve or exceed sales and account goals while complying with all policies and regulations. Responsibilities

Account Planning: Prioritize opportunities, develop territory business objectives, maintain active customer profiles, and continually refine call planning based on local factors. Hybrid Execution / Advanced Selling Skills: Utilize advanced selling approaches, adapt messaging for complex environments, align with brand messaging, educate customers, and build relationships with key stakeholders; demonstrate change agility. Coordination: Collaborate with other customer-facing teams and SMEs to elevate customer experience; coordinate with Rare Disease ROC members where appropriate. Demonstrates Business Acumen: Gather insights from customers, analyze market data, anticipate opportunities/threats, and provide insights to HQ partners to inform materials. Professional Development: Pursue learning opportunities, be coachable, and continuously elevate capabilities. Culture & Values: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver resources, share insights, drive innovation, and provide candid feedback; ensure compliant use of promotional materials and selling activities. Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Minimum of 5–10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience (strongly preferred). Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration experience. Strong analytical skills with a track record of applying market/customer insights to inform planning and execution. Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to influence ideas. Bachelor's Degree required. Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards (no DUI/DWI in past 7 years). Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.

Nice-To-Have:
