We are ONLY looking for an experienced agent to handle our listings, but we also have some opportunities for new or inexperienced agents to handle our buyers or commercial leases.

Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Self motivated and self sufficient Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation:
