We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Director Talent Acquisition Employment Branding and Marketing
to lead our global talent employment branding efforts. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing innovative branding and marketing strategies to attract top talent worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective and deep understanding of employer branding, marketing, digital channels, and talent acquisition best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice. Lead the strategy and adaptation of compelling brand strategy aligned to the employer value propositions (EVP) and messaging tailored to regions and inclusive audiences. Provide leadership to the end-to-end strategy for strategic insight, brand development, creative and adaptation with local execution. Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and content marketing to attract, engage and activate high-caliber candidates. Provide Talent Acquisition communication support for internal employees and external talent. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR, Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams to align branding initiatives with business goals. Align with Talent Sourcing and Office of Inclusion on areas of priority. Utilize data analytics and market research to optimize branding and marketing effectiveness. Manage relationships with external agencies, branding vendors, and media partners. Stay abreast of market trends, employer branding, best practices, and innovative marketing techniques. Measure and report on the performance of branding campaigns and continuously refining strategies. Lead a global team of branding and marketing professionals. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and skills; Master's preferred. Proven experience (at least 10 years) in employer branding, communication, talent acquisition, marketing, and/or corporate branding on a global scale. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics with a focus on ROI, metrics, and key performance indicators. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Demonstrated success in developing innovative branding campaigns across regions. Ability to influence all levels of the organization and build strong cross-functional relationships. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
