Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives and design data-driven use cases
Develop and maintain expertise in the employer’s data and software solutions
Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations showcasing analytical capabilities
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, supporting account strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth delivery
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in a science or technology field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong understanding of data-driven analytics workflows and technical ecosystems
Proven experience delivering technical demonstrations to diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other data-intensive enterprise environments
Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, ontologies, and knowledge graphs
Confidence in leading complex technical discussions and navigating challenging conversations
