What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain expertise in the employer's solutions, including datasets, semantic technology, and analytics capabilities
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives and translate them into data-driven use cases
Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations to showcase the employer's data and software capabilities
Scope and prepare solution proposals, supporting proof of concepts and technical evaluations
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, assisting with account strategy and solution positioning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong understanding of data-driven analytics workflows, including data ingestion and integration
Working knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and knowledge graphs
Proven experience delivering technical demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Master’s or PhD in a science or technology field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in data-intensive enterprise environments, particularly in pharmaceutical or life sciences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of how data and software support research, analytics, and decision-making
Confidence in leading complex technical discussions and navigating challenging customer conversations
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required
