Now, we’re looking for a driven, boots-on-the-ground Outside Sales Rep ready to help us grow our book of business. Who we\u2019re looking for
You\u2019re in your early years of professional development, self-motivated, and no stranger to the grind. You\u2019ve been in B2B sales, ideally industrial, coatings, manufacturing, or a related field. You\u2019re comfortable working commission-based, managing your own pipeline, and reporting directly to leadership. CRM systems don\u2019t scare you. Cold calls don\u2019t bother you. You\u2019re out to win. Responsibilities
Build and manage your own and executive guided sales territory Re-engage stagnant accounts and hunt for new business Develop quotes in partnership with our estimating team Maintain client relationships and follow through post-sale Report directly to executive leadership Competitive base salary with commission on booked and collected work Monthly auto and phone allowances Fuel reimbursement for business-related travel Company-supported health insurance with additional coverage options Paid time off and holidays in line with company policy Qualifications
2+ years in outside B2B sales (industrial preferred) CRM experience Ability to manage long sales cycles and quoting Preferred (not required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Knowledge of coatings, fabrication, or energy sector Experience with commission-based roles Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. This Role is OUTSIDE SALES
