Our client is going through a period of growth and is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business - must have litigation or eDiscovery sales experience. This is a fully remote role with responsibility for winning new clients and owning the full sales cycle, selling complex legal software to law firms and in-house legal teams. The role
Own the full sales process from discovery through to close Sell enterprise legal tech solutions to litigation teams and legal decision makers Deliver confident, engaging demos to both technical and non-technical audiences Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Work closely with SDRs, customer success and internal stakeholders Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities where appropriate What we’re looking for
Proven new business sales experience in legal tech Strong background in litigation or eDiscovery sales Track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals Comfortable selling to law firms and corporate legal teams Confident presenting sophisticated software solutions Self-motivated and effective in a remote environment Need to be located on either the East Coast, Chicago, Texas or Northern California This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, selling high-value solutions and making a visible impact in a scaling legal tech business.
