This is a full-time hybrid position located in Melbourne, FL, with opportunities for both on-site and remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage customer accounts, and ensure satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of HVAC services. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain consistent communication to foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications
Strong customer relationship management and client communication skills Proficiency in account management, business development, and customer service Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to address customer requirements effectively Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines Knowledge of HVAC systems or related industries is a plus Experience working in cloud-based platforms is beneficial Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
