This is an opportunity to start a sales career and sell the best beer in California! The Field Sales Manager is our primary point of contact for retailers and the driving force behind putting our beer in front of as many people as possible. Primary job responsibilities include pursuing new placements, supporting distributor sales efforts, customer service for retailers, and occasional event coverage. Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and a proactive approach to communication. Field Sales Managers are our “boots on the ground” within each of our sales territories, they are responsible for daily distributor relationship management, working with brand managers & distributor reps directly. They are also responsible for directly fostering relationships with retail accounts & buyers. Field Sales Managers are responsible for managing beer festivals and account based events within their territory. CORE RESPONSIBILITY/EXPECTATIONS

Customer Success: Distributors

Daily communication with distributor brand manager or equivalent Help execute on established Annual Business Plan ABP Monitor distributor inventory and communicate potential out of stocks and over stocks internally Enforce freshness standards Customer Success: Retailers

Directly call on “key accounts”, “tastemakers” & high volume accounts Creating and execute promotions & events at on and off premise accounts Limited beer allocations Presell lists Inventory and point-of-sale (POS) management Distributor rep beer & pitch education Maintain and grow retailer mailing lists in HubSpot Prospecting

Use Hubspot and IDIG to identify sales opportunities & gaps Adhere to defined sales processes Identify high values accounts based on distributor sales Identity territory specific sales opportunities: venus, tastemakers etc. Field Events

Executing on beer festivals and other sponsorship opportunities (10 weekend days a year) KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Experience using CRM as well as PM software tools REQUIRED SKILLS:
