Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for mid-market and enterprise multifamily property management companies
Engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and aligning solutions with their business objectives
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools
Deliver tailored demos and presentations to decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales Development Reps, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Qualifications
2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in real estate, property tech, or fintech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into the multifamily real estate space
Familiarity with the property management tech stack (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio)
