with Hoffmaster! The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across an assigned geographic territory. You’ll partner with distributors and end-user customers to grow revenue, expand market presence, and achieve margin goals. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, being on the road, and delivering results. Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with regional distributors and end-user customers Own and develop the assigned account base within the territory Achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities Monitor competitive activity and market trends Plan, track, and report sales activity using CRM tools Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs and sales objectives Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within Salesforce Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, paper, or specialty distribution Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and margin goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to travel up to 50% Values
