What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop and execute territory plans that guide the sales process from discovery to closing

Collaborate with marketing to design and implement targeted marketing strategies for Identity Intelligence

Engage with customers and partners to address their unique inquiries with tailored solutions

Lead technical resources to showcase SailPoint's competitive advantages during the sales process

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Identity or cybersecurity solutions

Strong understanding of IT stakeholders and ability to engage across various organizational levels

Experience in consultative selling and aligning business value with technology solutions

Familiarity with analytical tools and data-driven decision-making

Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or a related field

Previous experience in overlay sales or specialist sales roles

Knowledge of agentic technologies, data architecture, or governance technologies

Experience with Salesforce and sales forecasting tools

Understanding of the Identity Intelligence landscape and competitive market
