What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of successful Business‑to‑Business Sales Leadership experience, with 3+ years in the Identity Management or Software Security Industry
Proven results in a quota‑oriented sales environment and understanding of technology and technological innovations
Strong customer focus, building effective relationships and exceeding customer expectations
In‑depth knowledge of the industry and relevant marketplace, capable of discussing trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a leadership role overseeing sales teams in the technology sector
Proven ability to utilize financial analysis for decision‑making
Familiarity with SailPoint’s sales methodology and best practices
Demonstrated ability to develop long‑term business plans and execute strategies
Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training sales professionals
