
As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a key role in executing remodels and new home construction projects. You'll oversee various phases of construction while guiding other carpenters and ensuring high standards of quality are met. This is a bags‑on, site-based role with leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential construction and remodeling. Strong carpentry skills in framing, exterior and interior trim, and finish carpentry. Ability to manage project sites, including material coordination and subcontractor oversight. High self‑motivation, problem‑solving abilities, and teamwork.
