Job Title: Carpentry Foreman We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Foreman to join our team in new construction projects, focusing on both new buildings and renovations/remodels for commercial and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in building erection of pre‑engineered and wood‑framed structures.

Responsibilities

Perform building erection of pre‑engineered and wood‑framed buildings.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.

Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.

Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Be a team player by mentoring and training new team members.

Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality craftsmanship.

Work Environment The position is located in the surrounding market with projects across the state. Willingness to travel will ensure consistent employment opportunities. You will work in a 5‑6 man crew, reporting to a Site Superintendent who actively participates in projects. Expect to work outdoors primarily, with some interior projects.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
