Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a well-established and family-oriented agency. This role is integral to the team, focusing on client retention, customer service, and managing standard personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $64,000 annually (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities & commissions Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a book of business with standard personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. Focus on client retention by providing exceptional customer service. Handle CSR tasks such as adding vehicles, processing endorsements, and assisting walk-in customers. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Utilize PL Rater and agency management software to manage accounts effectively. Work with team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Experience :
3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance (non-captive preferred). Strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with PL Rater and agency management software. Soft Skills :
Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently. Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Proven tenure in previous roles.
