I lead a successful, high-producing real estate team based in Henderson, NV, and we’re selectively growing. We’re looking for agents who don’t want to live deal-to-deal or paycheck-to-paycheck anymore — agents with goals, dreams, and a strong work ethic who want the systems, mentorship, and culture to actually reach them.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation
$75,000 per year
