Convert opportunities into clients

using a proven follow-up cadence (calls/text/email + modern CRM discipline) Run buyer and seller consultations

that feel confident, organized, and client-first (not pushy) Provide hyper-local guidance

on neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and market dynamics (with integrity) Build and manage a pipeline

(daily lead generation + relationship nurturing) Guide clients through the full transaction : pricing strategy, prep, marketing, offer strategy, negotiation, inspections, and closing Deliver Ritz-Carlton service : anticipatory communication, clean handoffs, and “no surprises” on execution Collaborate with the team on listings, showings, open houses, buyer home searches, and events when needed Qualifications

Licensed

NJ real estate salesperson (required) Coachable, competitive, and

consistent

(you value opportunities to enhance your skills and feedback) Strong communicator: concise, warm, confident, and professional Tech-forward: comfortable with CRMs, digital paperwork, and learning new tools quickly. (Bonus if you already use systems like Compass tools) Organized: you run your calendar instead of your calendar running you Relationship-driven: you can create trust fast and keep it for years Compensation

Compensation:

$250,000 per year
