Manage end-to-end customer payment processing, including posting cash, checks, credit cards, and preparing deposits.
Monitor accounts receivable activity, investigate discrepancies, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Collections to resolve issues.
Research and process customer inquiries, chargebacks, and refund requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate records in accounting software and support weekly aging reports for A/R review meetings.
Assist with continuous improvement efforts and contribute to ad hoc projects led by the A/R leadership team.
