Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Leasing Consultant role based in Georgetown, TX. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showcasing available apartment homes, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, handling lease administration, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Key responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with current residents to enhance resident retention, addressing inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the community.
Qualifications
Proficiency in lease agreements and lease administration processes
Experience with resident retention strategies and fostering strong resident relationships
Experience in marketing and building relationships within the community/neighborhood
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in property management or real estate leasing is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and tools; knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial
