Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager based in Georgetown, TX. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in all aspects of day-to-day property operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, assisting with tenant relations, overseeing leasing activities, managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to property improvements. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Qualifications
Experience in property management, tenant relations, and property leasing Proficiency in administrative management, financial reporting, and recordkeeping Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and team members Familiarity with property management software (YARDI) and a basic understanding of real estate regulations Ability to work independently and as part of an on-site team Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Georgetown, TX area is an asset Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred
