Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist I
to join our
Commercial Loan Servicing
team.
Job Summary
This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate servicing of commercial real estate and residential construction loans, including processing draw requests, loan payments, and department administration functions.
What You Can Expect To Work On
Draw Servicing
Responsible for the residential construction and land development draw process while maintaining cycle times. Responsible for requesting and updating builder’s risk insurance. Assists in completing larger, more complex draws including CRE construction and development.
Loan Administration
Responsible for processing monthly payments for commercial and construction loans. Responsible for generating loan payoff quotes and processing loan payoffs once funds are received. Responsible for ordering collateral inspections. Assists in completing local collateral inspections as needed. Assists in processing and funding wire requests.
Department Administration
Responsible for new loan file creation. Responsible for documentation retention and management Responsible for mailing/emailing monthly statements to borrowers. Assists in the daily reconciliation of general ledger wash accounts.
What You Offer Us
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of college preferred. 1-3 years of experience in loan administration or similar financial/banking experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal communication skills: ability to effectively interact with individuals in all areas of the bank. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management and organizational skills – must be detail-oriented and thorough.
