Responsibilities This role will assist with the oversight of the purchasing card program and compliance, fraud prevention, and ensuring efficient card use.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum 3 years experience with financial operations and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
Ability to efficiently monitor and review bank/purchase card transactions for FAR compliance
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the bank/purchase card program and optimize processes
Ability to effectively communicate via written and verbal interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and produce high quality deliverables with minimal errors or rework
Utilize technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn
Salary and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between $69,000 and $105,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
