
Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of authoritative technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Responsibilities
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
Own end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory across pipeline origination, progression, close, and post-close account management
May create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications
Participate in client management calls
Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
Develop an understanding of partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and useful insights
Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
Consult with partners in the field, including client partners or outside third-party vendors
Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and use LinkedIn to identify potential targets
Contribute to the development of materials needed for campaigns/programs
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900 and MS-900 certifications
Direct technology sales acumen - understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (M365, Azure, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Volume Licensing (EA, CSP, Open, OV, etc.)
Has quota-based sales experience with measurable impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
