Digital Inside Sales Team Opportunity

Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of authoritative technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. Inside Sales Account Representative responsibilities include: Nurturing a high volume of accounts Upselling, cross-selling, and activating existing and new accounts Having end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, progression, close, and post-close account management Creating customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications Participating in client management calls Retaining and growing revenue within your accounts Developing an understanding of our partners' business goals and turning data into compelling stories and useful insights to help them succeed Working collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership Consulting with partners that are out in the field and can either be client partners or outside third-party vendors Documenting all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and using LinkedIn to identify potential targets Participating in the development of materials needed for campaign/program Basic qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling, AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900, and MS-900 certifications, direct technology sales acumen - understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (M365, Azure, etc.), experience with Microsoft Volume Licensing (EA, CSP, Open, OV, etc.), quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion, interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications, and commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
