What You’ll Do Canvass neighborhoods 2–3 hours per day, 5 days a week, and network with insurance agents and realtors Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (full training provided) Deliver product demos and clear, compelling presentations to homeowners Manage the full sales cycle: estimate → close → post-sale follow-up Grow your pipeline through disciplined CRM use, social media, and local outreach Build trust through professionalism, consistency, and reliable follow-through 1+ years
of sales or customer service experience Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record Comfortable with heights and working outdoors Must live in Middle Tennessee Confident with outbound prospecting and commission-only pay Able to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation & Schedule
Earnings: $65K-$100K+ per year
