Position Overview: The Senior Associate will play a critical role in financial due diligence efforts, leading aspects of transaction advisory engagements while managing communication with clients, staff, and target companies. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support transaction advisory engagements including buy-side and sell-side due diligence Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed data books and reports (QofE, working capital, net debt, etc.) Participate in client calls, management meetings, and issue tracking throughout the deal process Manage deliverables, data requests, and support junior staff development Provide timely communication with internal teams and clients Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, audit, or financial due diligence Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to travel for client engagements if necessary
