Overview
Our client, a growing, privately owned company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a
Senior Associate
to join their team in Transactions Services.
Responsibilities of the Senior Associate
Lead and support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including financial and commercial due diligence for middle market companies, private equity firms, and lenders.
Analyze and interpret target company data to assess quality of earnings, working capital, financial trends, operating performance, and potential risks or liabilities.
Prepare and present tailored financial analyses and diligence reports, participating in client meetings, site visits, and discussions with executive management.
Collaborate with tax, audit, and consulting teams while mentoring and developing junior staff to support project execution and career growth.
