Senior Associate – Transaction Advisory Services
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial due diligence services to a diverse client base. The role offers hands-on involvement in transactions and exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries, providing a fast-paced environment where work is dynamic and non-routine rather than repetitive.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, family offices, mezzanine funds, corporates, lenders, and other investment vehicles
Assist in the preparation of final due diligence reports, including key findings and financial insights
Perform quality of earnings and related financial analyses
Preparing and maintaining information request lists
Monitoring data rooms and ensuring completeness and accuracy of data
Analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and operating cash flows
Performing reconciliations and identifying key trends and risks
Develop an understanding of target company operations and financial performance to help assess value drivers, risks, and potential impacts on purchase or sale price
Communicate regularly with engagement leads, providing updates and supporting project execution throughout the diligence lifecycle
Collaborate with other Transaction Advisory and related service teams as needed across engagements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); Master’s degree preferred
CPA license preferred
2–4 years of relevant experience in public accounting, Big 4, or transaction advisory services (required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn and grow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Naturally inquisitive, with a strong interest in transactions, businesses, and industry dynamics
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
