Overview We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for our commercial, multifamily, and large residential construction projects.

Job Details We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for our multifamily and large residential construction projects. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating all construction activities, ensuring quality, managing subcontractors, and driving projects to completion safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations, supervising multiple trades and field personnel

Interpret and enforce construction plans, drawings, and specifications

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, including critical-path items

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics

Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of proactive jobsite safety

Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation (e.g., RFI’s, submittals, change orders)

Inspect work regularly to ensure quality meets contract documents

Support project close-out punch lists, final inspections, turnover

Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients

Mentor and lead assistant superintendents or field staff, as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale residential or multifamily construction projects

Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office)

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as required

OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred
