What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to ensure customer understanding of Pure's value proposition

Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive high satisfaction ratings

Lead pursuit teams and develop strategic account plans to engage all internal resources for new customer acquisition

Drive and manage a robust pipeline of sales activity to meet quarterly and annual quotas

Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders while fostering teamwork with partners

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 8 years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development

Proven track record of delivering $5-$10M in annual revenues

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication abilities

Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory for maximum revenue and efficiency

Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with commercial customers in Ohio and Pennsylvania

Avid hunting skills with a history of successfully opening doors to new customers

Proven thought leadership and creativity in applying customer insights to technology solutions

Passion for customer success post-sales

Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
