Inside Sales Representative – Spanish Speaking (Bilingual English/Spanish)

DF Supply, Inc. is a rapidly growing industry leader since 1982, and we are expanding our inside sales team. We are currently seeking a Spanish speaking bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team of 12 experienced sales professionals. Family owned and operated. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience in inside sales, inbound sales, account management, or customer service–driven sales environments. This is an in-office position (not remote). No cold calling. All leads and calls are inbound. Key Responsibilities (Inside Sales / Bilingual Spanish):

Answer inbound sales calls and inquiries in both Spanish and English Respond to inbound emails and quote requests Manage customer orders from quote to completion (A–Z) Prepare and deliver quotes for projects, jobs, and single-item applications Enter and review sales orders for accuracy Maintain detailed customer notes and follow-ups in the CRM Build long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and partners Provide exceptional customer service and sales support Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities Prioritize daily sales activities to meet and exceed sales goals Use industry knowledge, existing relationships, and public information to develop new customer relationships Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or customer service sales Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly motivated, goal-driven, and confident Customer focused with a strong service mindset Comfortable working independently in a team-oriented sales environment High energy, organized, and detail oriented Sales experience in industrial, construction, distribution, or B2B environments is a plus (not required) What We Offer:

Two compensation options:

Base salary plus commission Commission-only option for high performers
